Hello everyone! I am Nick and I am super excited to get started in the amazing world of VR development. Looking forward to learning a ton of great tips from you all and sharing my knowledge of graphics apps along the way. Thanks!
Hello All, Mark Smith - S.T.E.M. educator in North Carolina. I teach high school students Adobe Suite, 3Ds Max, Game Maker, and now Unity. New to the software but excited about the possibilities. Have been using computers for quite a long time - 1977. Yeah, probably before most of you were born. I am an original old school geek - used to program the missile system with binary punched in rolls of paper tape. (I started using computers in the US Navy doing fail-safe testing on nuclear weapons.) have used most of the iterations of computing from Z80 to i7. Still have my old TRS80 III in storage - You never know, I might need it for a zombie apocalypse. I have taught electronics, computer engineering, networking, general engineering, html, computer graphics, 3D graphics and animation, gaming, and now we are trying our hand at Unity. I appreciate the opportunity to have access to this forum and the wealth of knowledge that is archived here. Look forward to learning from you all! Being new to the software, I will be picking some of your brains for guidance and help. Thank you for this resource. Please feel free to ask me any questions or offer help. Have a great day and glad to be here!
