Hello;
Thank you for forwarding the request to me. I was hosting this work for a good friend who is an avid fan, and built the project from scratch as a tech demo. You can read more about the project here:
https://roystanross.wordpress.com/super-mario-64-hd/

As mentioned on the original blog post, and noted in various big name media press below, there is no intention to monetize this, ever:
http://www.gamespot.com/articles/play-super-mario-64-in-your-browser/1100-6426220/
http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/03/27/hd-version-of-super-mario-64s-first-level-available-to-play-in-browser
http://time.com/3762861/super-mario-64-nintendo-computer-browser/
http://techcrunch.com/2015/03/29/this-guy-remade-super-mario-64s-most-iconic-level-in-hd-and-playable-in-your-browser/

http://gizmodo.com/go-play-super-mario-64-in-your-browser-right-now-1694464458

Immediately upon receiving your request, we have taken down the web player, and replaced it with the original takedown notice verbatim as provided. You can verify this via the original link:  http://mario64-erik.u85.net/Web.html

All back-end properties hosting the original files have been updated and files removed. I trust that the issue is fully rectified. If you may be so kind, please follow up your previous contacts with my hosting providers, so they are aware that actions have been taken on the same thread. If you do require any further next step actions pertaining to the take down request, please feel free to reach out at any time, and I will be more than happy to provide assistance in any mean possible.

Thank you!

And this one as well
